New Pickleball Registration and Booking system

The SLCA has introduced new online registration and booking systems for outdoor seasonal play.  The new booking system is called Pickle Planner and you will be provided with access instructions during the registration process.

A reminder that ALL players must be registered to play on the courts, including house guests,  visiting family members, and minor children under the age of 19.  Also, all players must have a signed waiver on file; minors under the age of 19 must have an indemnity signed by a parent or legal guardian.  Waivers and indemnities can be electronically submitted at the time of registration. 

Outdoor Season Pickleball Fees

At the time of registration you will be prompted to select one of the following pay options:

1. SLCA Member Package*: $40.00 (paid online at time of registration)
   • No additional court usage fees for outdoor courts
   • Make reservations 10 days in advance
   • Sign up for joinable events 10 days in advance
   • Reserve indoor court or join indoor events for rainy-day play ($3.00 usage fee for members)
2. Non-SLCA Member Package**: $45.00 (paid online at time of registration)
   • No additional court usage fees for outdoor courts
   • Make reservations 1 day in advance
   • Sign up for joinable events 3 days in advance
   • Join indoor rainy-day play events ($5.00 usage fee)
3. Pay when you Play:
   • Pay court usage fee of $3.00 – payment each time for outdoor courts use
   • No Reservation Privileges – Drop In Play (Subject to Court Availability)
   • Sign up for joinable events 3 days in advance
   • Join indoor rainy-day play events ($5.00 usage fee)

Please note that children ages 15 and under play free and  must be accompanied by a registered adult player.  

*SLCA Members: anyone who owns property or is a full-time resident in the Sproat Lake Community; requires proof of residency or ownership.

**Non-SLCA Members: anyone who does not reside full-time or own property in the Sproat Lake community including anyone staying temporarily, or a house guest with a Sproat Lake community member.   Also includes  Sproat Lake community members who prefer not to provide proof of residency or ownership.

Indoor Play

Indoor play is not included in the seasonal package rates and current Pay as you Play rates remain in effect year round; SLCA Member $3.00, Non-SLCA Member $5.00.  The indoor court will continue to be booked through TeamUp; indoor court booking privileges are restricted to registered adult SLCA members only, however registered non-SLCA members and minors are welcome to join them.
