Pickleball Registration and Booking system

The SLCA has an online registration and booking system.  The booking system is called Pickle Planner and you will be provided with access instructions during the registration process.

A reminder that ALL players must be registered to play on any of the courts, including house guests,  visiting family members, and minor children under the age of 19.  Also, all players must have a signed waiver on file; minors under the age of 19 must have an indemnity signed by a parent or legal guardian.  Waivers and indemnities are electronically submitted during the time of registration. 

Indoor Season Pickleball Fees

During the registration process you will be prompted to select one of the following:

1. SLCA Member Registration*:
   • Indoor court usage fee is $3.00.
   • Make reservations 10 days in advance
   • Sign up for joinable events 10 days in advance
   • Proof of residency or ownership in the Sproat Lake Community must be submitted prior to approval.
2. Non-SLCA Member Registration**:
   • Indoor court usage fee is $5.00.
   • Sign up for joinable events 3 days in advance

Please note that children ages 15 and under play free must be accompanied by a registered adult player at all times.  

*SLCA Members: anyone who owns property or is a full-time resident in the Sproat Lake Community; requires proof of residency or ownership.

**Non-SLCA Members: anyone who does not reside full-time or own property in the Sproat Lake community including anyone staying temporarily, or a house guest with a Sproat Lake community member.   Also includes  Sproat Lake community members who prefer not to provide proof of residency or ownership.
