*SLCA Members: anyone who owns property or is a full-time resident in the Sproat Lake Community; requires proof of residency or ownership.**Non-SLCA Members: anyone who does not reside full-time or own property in the Sproat Lake community including anyone staying temporarily, or a house guest with a Sproat Lake community member. Also includes Sproat Lake community members who prefer not to provide proof of residency or ownership.
