Nominations for 2025 Sproat Lake Community Association Directors. Deadline is on Friday, March 28th, 2025 2024.

Elections will be held at the SLCA Annual General Meeting on Monday, March 31st, 2025, at 7 pm at the Community Hall.

What positions are available and what would your duties be?

President: Lead the association, guide meetings, and act as the official spokesperson.
Vice President: Support the President, and step in when needed.
Secretary: Manage association records, communications, and prepare minutes.
Treasurer: Handle finances, present financial reports, work on funding initiatives and financial planning.
Directors at Large (8 positions): Represent community perspectives, lead or participate in committees, and support association events.

Serving on the Sproat Lake Community Association Board of Directors requires a commitment of time and participation, which may vary from month to month. There is an expectation that board members actively contribute to board meetings, committee meetings, initiatives, and community events as needed.

All SLCA board members are also expected to sign the Code of Ethical Conduct and Consent For Directors Of The Sproat Lake Community Association.
