Mosaic Forest Management has completed harvesting activities in block 263413. Weekend firewood permits will be available January 12th, 2024, should any Sproat Lake residents be interested please contact Director Penny Cote pcote@acrd.bc.ca or 250-724-5040 to be issued a permit (note Mosaic has waived their normal permit fee). Note that firewood cutting is not permitted on weekdays and a permit is required. Accessing this site is from the Faber Main, onto Ash Main then Ash 50 as shown on the map below. Firewood permits will be issued from January 12 until the middle of February.
