Sproat Lake Community Association (SLCA) NOMINATION REPORT

February 27^th, 2021

 

The following report includes the nominations submissions for all positions on the Sproat Lake Community Association Directors received by the Friday, February 26, 2021 deadline.

 

The SLCA nomination submissions include one nomination for each of the SLCA Positions for President, 1^st Vice-President, 2^nd Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary as received by the Nominating Committee therefor these positions are acclaimed as they are not challenged in this election.

 

Further there were nine nominations for SLCA Directors-At-Large which matches the number of 2020 nominations. Although this is a higher number of Directors that required the community has made motions in the past to accept the increased number of nominations. The increase in community members involvement on the SLCA Board of Directors has been identified by the community as a value.

 

It is my recommendation for a

 

MOTION as follows:

 

 

TO ACCEPT THE FULL SLATE OF SPROAT LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION DIRECTORS’ NOMINATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS AS RECEIVED BY THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE BY THE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26^TH, 2021 DEADLINE AS FOLLOWS:
